We can investigate your claim!
We recently received instructions from you to investigate whether you had been missold PPI (Payment Protection Insurance).
Unfortunately, the information was not received from you in time for us to make a complaint to the various lenders you have advised us of, prior to the deadline of the 29th August 2019.
Whilst this means you can no longer pursue a conventional “complaint” under the dispute resolution rules published by the Financial Conduct Authority FCA.
You may be able to submit a ‘claim’ with the lender under rule S140A set by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. The difference is a claim under the 1974 Act is a statutory right which must be taken before the Court and not the same as pursuing a “complaint”. In monetary terms the outcome ought to be the same, if not more advantageous.
We have arranged for our partner solicitors Williams & Dunne, who are regulated by the Solicitor’s Regulation Authority to act on your behalf in reclaiming your missold PPI.
To begin the process, please confirm you authorise Williams & Dunne Solicitors to act on your behalf by simply completing the form below.
